有！因為是透過食物本身的營養攝取方式慢慢調理身體 比起油膩的食物更能吃得下～也比較不容易水腫或胃脹氣 而且你有提到你先生會去 我順便分享一個很加分的小細節～ 他們也有提供爸爸親子餐 是不會太油太補的營養餐盒 讓爸爸也有參與感～ 但如果你先生也是吃素的話 可能就要提前問一下有沒有提供素食的喔！

推薦媽咪可以看看高雄的華庭喔～ 他們有設計素食專屬菜單 是營養師規劃過的 不是只有一兩道配菜那種 是整套有邏輯的素食餐！ 食材都是新鮮現煮 我本來坐月子就不抱著能吃好的期待 尤其是吃素可能會更糟 但是透過朋友介紹在華庭坐月子 完全超出我預期 餐餐吃光 我老公還說我現在胃口比以前好氣色也好很多 口味上覺得很清爽 沒什麼負擔 而且他們是一天四餐(下午有點心) 份量挺多的不用擔心吃不飽🤣
